Default New Map sensor, and TPS sensor (or is it TBS?)

My 4th gen is acting up, the mechanic said the map sensor is no good and I have to replace it. I've checked with a friend who fixes a lot of hondas, and he said similar things (the engine sputters and takes a while to rev up if I step on it hard).

The TBS (or is it TPS?) sensor, the thing left to the map sensor, is also needed to be changed. Right now to keep the car going they had swap in a civic sensor for now

Could you guys recommend any affordable retailers for such parts? I went to majestic honda but couldn't find the tbs/tps sensor, they do sell map sensor for about 200 bucks, which is an alright price.

Also, is there are difference between the h23 and h22a sensors? Since I am thinking of a h22a awap eventually, so I want this to be compatible in the future.

Thanks a lot for reading and your time!

TPS=Throttle positioning sensor
TBS=Old Stallone and Schwarzenegger movies.

I would recommend first checking your local honda bone yard for the TPS, of course the bastards will try to sell you the entire thottle body also but hey what are you gonna do? I don't know what these sensors actually go for but I would imagine it will probably be close to the price of the map sensor.

I think it's TBS that I need.

OK, thanks, will check. I don't mind replacing the whole dang thing, as long as that engine light don't come on again
