Okay. But once I've made my decision on the car and I'm ready 4 forced induction, would u recommend a supercharger or a turbo?

my friend bought a 1997 m3 for 17,000 its nice but it has 90,000 miles. but a bmw will last forever the thing runs and shifts better that my lude and i have 27,000 mile on my car.

they can easily be found under your 20k budget in good condition/low miles. I've seen as cheap as like 12k depending on year/miles.
