Default labor costs: what is fair?

I am planning on having a H22 with a turbo built and dropped into my 4th generation 93 prelude. I would like to have the rods, pistons, and cylinders re-sleeved, turbo bolted on, and the removal of the old engine and dropping in of the new. What would you guys say is a fair price for labor on this project? Thanks.

amendment to what is above:

do you guys think I even need to rebuild to bottom end. I plan to buy a H22 closed deck with about 35,000 miles on it. I am going to run 8-10 psi on the turbo. I have just under $10,000 for parts AND labor.

i would just incase...cuz it'd be easier to do it now then later while the motor is out of the car plus no worries later if u ever feel special and turn that turbo up.... i hear g series can run pretty hi boost :bigthumb:
