Default agx vs illuminas

i've got a 92 prelude, and wanna start modifing it before i get an h22. So ive decided to get suspension, rims and a intake. i want to get adjustable suspension and lower it a bit.
i have been looking into the Tokico Illuminas and the Eibach prokit w/ KYB agx's? and i was wondering which one of these would you get in this situation, or would you get a different suspension setup. Both of these kits are about $550 or about $450 on ebay.
Thanx for any replies
Charlie
p.s. im thinking about getting some 17" rotas if that makes any difference

im gettin tokico blues for my lude, id like to get the illumina's cause they are badass from what i hear, but i cant see spending that much on em, when the blues are so affordable.
got the DSM to spend money on now too, so lude will have to share the money, and of course im still saving for the bike.

plus im on orginal struts still, and im pretty much used to the shit ride, although its gettin worse with the cold

get an adjustable strut ludeboom you wont be dissapointed.when you want traction in the front you can play around with the stiffness to see what works best. spend the extra 150.00. but i had blues in mycrx and it was bumpy as hell (but that could just be cause it was a crx) i like agxs had'em my teg they were pretty comfortable i am gonna get them for my lude soon once winter is over.
