Voting is now open...

Here are instructions on voting:

1) Go to www.preludeonline.com
2) enter General Discussion Forums
3) See sticky thread at top for 10 voting categories
4) Note your selections by emailing soniclude@charter.net

You have one shot to vote for as many pictures as you like in each thread, so make sure you do that.

Vote for every picture that you think is calendar-worthy. You are not voting for the car specifically. That is, vote for any picture that would want to see in the calendar.

Most people submitted multiple pictures of their cars, including multiple angles of similar shots. You should vote for each picture individually, meaning you can choose as many or as few shots of the same car as you like.

Make sure you visit and vote in ALL the voting threads, to make the process as fair and even as possible.

You can view the larger versions of each picture by clicking each thumbnail.

Don't worry about small imperfections in the picture, such as random debris, background stuff, and license plates, since we'll pshop them out later.

Results

Since we'll be making an 18-month calendar, the top 25 pictures will be ranked, to allow for alternates.

Each car is only allowed one picture in the top 25, so if it has been voted in more than once, only it's best picture will be selected. That is, no one can have more than one month to themselves.

Voting will be open from Wednesday, December 24th, 2003, to midnight on Monday, January 5th, 2004

The calendar will start with February 2004, since the voting, production, and shipping process will cut into January quite a bit.

The pictures not selected for individual months may be incorporated into the cover design, so stay tuned for that.

More information on the calendar itself, including ordering info, will be posted in a separate thread, which will be linked from here as soon as it's done.

That's all for now. Remember, go to EVERY thread and vote!

I am sorry for the confusion.

The reason i said to email votes to soniclude@charter.net is because you need to be a paid member to vote on Preludeonline.com itself.

But you can view the poll in General Discussions without being a member. Please, your vote is needed...and there is no membership required.

I don't know what to say. No one else has had any problems reported to me, and when i log out and clear my cookies, i am still able to see the threads for the polls.

Keep trying! If you still have problems, PM me.

Email soniclude@charter.net

I know he is coming up with another thread, but there may have been a problem with the pics. He will know more as he was in charge of pictures.

Hopefully it will work out...

CALENDAR PURCHASE SIGNUP:
I have not yet finalized a price regarding the Prelude Calendar, mainly because it is dependent upon the final number of copies made. We reach a price break at 100 copies, and I really think based on interest, we should be able to meet that.

My aim is to have the price of $20 per calendar inclusive of shipping. Paypal fees are extra. If you buy more than one calendar, i can do each additional calendar for $16.

So i need a signup here of people committed to buying the calendar. Once you signup, please remember that i am counting on you to purchase one as we need a final count. I cannot afford to print any extra then necessary.

IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP ELSEWHERE, PLEASE DON'T SIGNUP HERE!

Please sign up by quoting this post with your screenname and if you need more than 1 than put in parantheses the number you need next to your name.

Again:
Price $20 inclusive of shipping
$16.50 for each additional calendar

Paypal fees extra. Money order also accepted.
