Default ARP head studs

Ok im kinda dumb when it comes to prelude stuff. I want to get my brother the ARP head studs for his h22. He is rebuilding it and swapping it into his 92 prelude. Now, on all the websites that sell the ARP bolts, they all say for application h22a4, isnt that the motor from the newest gen. lude. Arent these motors basically the same. I just wanna know if I can use these studs with his jdm h22a. Thx for yalls time.

Sorry to ask the obvious, but what exactly are the benefits of the ARP studs?

They are a lot stronger and have a much stronger clamping force because they are under cut. It helps prevent blown head gaskets, and assures optimum engine sealing.
