Default My AEM CAI

i just installed it today, and i was wondering, did anyone else have to cut some of the metal frame under the battery to get the pipe to fit thru, i have a 5th gen and i had to cut some?

yup but the gain of pull in the upper rpm's is well worth it

oh yea, thats not a problem of cuttin the thing, i just wanted to knwo if anyone else did, b/c i heard its so easy to install them on preluded i didnt think of anyone having to cut. but i installed it and love it and it sounds so god damn good!

nah down where i live it doesnt rain that much plus i dont take it out in rain anyway if it did, i also heard the bypass valve slows it down.
