Default HYBRID HELP...Please

Ok.. Here we go

I've read the thread about h22 vs h23vtec hybrid(frankenstein) whatever you want to call it.

This is my situation. I had a 97 lude. Black with black leather interior, 5 speed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,kick ass car!!

Anyways, long story short, i had to let the car go, but not before I snatched the head off of that sucker! I have a full h22a vtec head, and i aquired an 92 h23 block for fifty bucks. I also have a h23 crank that has been turned 0.0010, lightened and balanced and it cost me a 100 bucks. My questions are....

First, the h23 crank needs bearings. I found that federal Mogul makes performance bearings the the h22a vtec and regular bearings for the h23. I was told by them that the journal size was the same. So should i just run the h22a vtec bearings on the h23 crank to help the vtec mod?

2) Crower offers rods for the h23 and different rods for the h22. I realize i need the h23 but what pistons do i need? I'm wanting to bump up compression too.

3) What is the p13 and p14 that i've seen postings about?

4) And where do i find the oil squirters for the h23 block at? Are they expensive?

I yanked my apexi dunk exhaust, my ingen intake, my msd ignition and wires along with my stage 4 clutch and lightweight flywheel.

ANY HELP on building this FIRST hybrid of mine would be most welcome and greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help givin...
