88 Prelude AC works most of the time, but sometimes isn't cold. I don't see any pattern around when it fails.

Today it worked, then didn't when I started the car 5 mins later.
After that it did, then stopped working, then worked 1 min later after I restarted the car.

Compressor seems to be kick in even when it's not running cold.

Any hints?
