Default part out

Also is it possible to part out the warrenty so if i get rims only the warrenty on rims will be ruined and not the whole thing?

this is a touchy situation. The warranty is already parted out. If you put rims on your car, the warranty, lets say, engine is still good. UNLESS, they can somehow tie the problem with the engine to the rims. But there in lies the problem, dealers can be B!tches and relate anything to anything...

there's a law protecting us from that kind of shit.

THEY have to prove that the mod caused the malfunction.

tell them you're willing to take them to court over it.

thats about all you can do. If you are positive that the part didn't cause the malfunction...threaten court or take to court. But if you let them walk over you, they will.

yea a dealer told me that a set of 17's can burn out a tranny...
i say to that...
alot of things can burn out a tranny

regardless
never take your car to the dealer with any mods on it
keep all your stock shit and throw it on if the car fails

i had a friend with a 97 lude

he bought a dry nitrous kit for it, and he used to spray it all the time when not under WOT, which is bad

so he blew up THREE h22a4's
the dealer replaced the first TWO, and the THIRD time they told him to go **** himself, and with good reason

im suprised they replaced 2 full engines

I will have some body work and air suspension on there. It isn't that easy to take that stuff off espciall if some of the body panels are molded on, now is it?
