I use a LowePro Trekker

I can carry my 10 and an A2 as well as my 3 most used lenses which covers me for all occasions. In the pockets I have room for memory, readers, film, flash, batteries, etc. and there is an external strap mount on the bottom outside of the bag for my tripod.

I think I paid about $60 - 80 for it new.

I have the LowePro 200. Full weather proof has room for 2 huge zooms 2 bodies and probably 6-8 lenses plus a flash or two.

the 200 is about 250 online (bhphoto.com). Check if the 100 will have enough room for everything.

I have a LowePro Off-Road for my relatively small SLR outfit. So, just another recommendation for the LowePro brand.
