I don't think you can get the anti theft code from Honda without the registration for that particular car, hence the Theft code.

Actually, the serieal number on the stereo is only needed. The serial number is on the stereo. Still up for sale.

Q: How do I know all you need is the serial number on the stereo?

A: Cause Ive done it 4 times, and got the code four times from Honda and Acura. Actually, I got the code two times with this particular stereo and lost it 2 times. I got an acura stereo and got the code for that two different times and lost it two times too

 

The mirror is powered, but I dont understand what you mean by heated. It is in perfect (hence the flawless) condition. No paint scratches, dings, or fade. Still up for sale too.
