1988 CRX Si F/S in NH Y-49
Y-49 Barbados Yellow CRX Si FS. In good shape with NO rust. Only rust it's ever had was a small spot on the driver's side quarter, has been repaired. Paint is in decent shape, a couple of places the clear coat has chipped, but in general the car looks very good.
Car has 141k miles on it, and runs great. It has many new parts, (exhaust, fuel pump, main relay, windshield, CV Joints). Comes with wheels and tires from a 98 Integra LS, seats from 2000 Celica (also has stock seats), and in general is in good shape,.Sunroof recently rebuilt, and I stripped it down this winter looking for rust, and there was none to be found.
Here are the known problems with the car:
Front bumper has a crack on the passenger side, there is a vibration when braking from high speeds from the front end (prob needs new pads), a couple times last year, the tach acted wierd at high RPMS. I've been told that the ignitor could stand to be replaced to fix the tach, although it hasn't happened in a long time. The AC works, although it takes a while to blow cold. The AC shop said everything works, it needs a recharge. One of the tires Has a small bulge in the sidewall, there is a brand new Michelin Pilot in that comes with the car to replace it (The other tires are also pilots).
In all the car is in good shape, much better than any other original 2nd gen I've seen. It's an adult owned FL car, never beaten on, I only brought it up to NH in 2002. It was stored all winter, and the oil and filter was changed every 3000. Timing belt was done at 90K. I can email you pics and the carfax report for it on request.
$2000, or if you have wheels and tires you would rather use and not take the wheels and tires on it, I'll knock $200 off the price, for a total of $1800. I can take Paypal for payment if you want to use a credit card.
