Hotglow neons are assembled in house in Orlando, Florida. If you have any problems with your neon tubes: breakage, fading, burnout, or moisture intrusion, Hotglow can replace them quickly, and if you are near or around the orlando area, you can stop by the warehouse and get them replaced while you wait the same day.

instead of the usuall 4 piece kit, which includes: 2 small neon tubes ( 1 in front and 1 in the back ) and 2 larger neon tubes (1 on each side of your vehicle. Hotglow has made a 6 piece kit which consists of 6 - 32" neon tubes: 1 for front and 1 for back and 2 smaller ones on each side of vehicle, for the reason that the larger tubes break more easily and does not fit each car. By installing 2 smaller tubes, decreases the chance of breakage and increase fitment on cars.
