If you're military don't you have access to United States Postal Service?If so you might inquire about Express Mail Service(3-5 day shipping world wide, insured, and delivery confirmation) which is far cheaper than UPS or FedEx.

Any Gen 2(1991-1996) Acura/Honda Legend Coupes (KA8)?
