I quickly machined and grinded them from 1mm thick copper - good material for temperature changes . The clearance for the holes is also about 1mm oversize from the EGR valve bolt holes. Also, I didn't bother to follow the contour of the valve with this batch. There will be a .5mm edge. I have 4 extra ones. I'm sure it will fit fouth gens, not positive about 5th gens or others; need input to see if they actually use the same valve.

Not sure how much I should sell them for - the block plate will work, but its not made to aesthetically please. Might CNC them next time if anyone is interested. How about $10-15?
