are those H1's? they look it.

 

They are D2R bulbs... but can be fit to H1 housings very easily.
D2R bulbs are what cars with factory HID's take, the housings are made specially for these bulbs... but with some puttering they can easily be fit to almost any car.

$250 is kinda low for me, sorry.



I Forgot to mention in this thread... I am now going to include 2 PAIRS OF PHILIPS BULBS! The Osrams were sold.

So for $300 you'll get:
2 Matsushita Ballasts
2 starters with attached bulb sockets
4 (yes 4) Philips D2R bulbs... sell or keep the extra pair... do what you want.

what color is the spoiler? and what kinda shape is it in? Is it a OEM Honda spoiler or aftermarket?
