universal means they fit every car of that lug pattern. so they cant be universal 4 lug and not fit a civic or teg. so what are they? tell me the exact lug pattern and if they are the right lug pattern i'll take them

 

well it fit my accord which is 4x114
i think it is also 5x114

 

you got some weird rims, that looks like a factory drill job but damn it should look like that, ive never seen that and been workign with RH for 2 years now

I can honestly say that I HAVE seen the Racing Hart Evos like that with those type of bolt patterns 4lug/5lug... They are definitely 4x114.3 and 5x114.3....so Accord, Older Ludes, etc. No civics or tegs like he said....the only thing Hella weird bout your rims though is the center caps or should I say lack there of.....did you just throw a RH cap in the center hole? Because there should be a complete cap w/RH Logo that you have to put on with the wrench supplied when you get the rims......hope this helps.
