most people when they do aftermarket bumpers like those (blitz, BW, aggressor, etc) will get a set of supra bumper lights they fit just fine and can be mounted with ease

i have a hole in mine, im just looking for an OEM replacement, I'm painting the stock lips and skirts next month so now is a good time to replace the bumper. . .
