post the model of your computer...if its home built, ask whoever built it to see if the computer takes pc100.

 

I have an emachines computer. Its a 667 MHz and it says on the front that its upgradeable to 256MB syncdram.

 

then you probably have 128mb right now....and since its upgradable to 256mb...thats the max you can have.
