Have you had any activity on the card? When did you get it? Only reason I ask is because if you have had the card for a while with "no activity", they charge you aservice fee of $2.50 a month.

Trust me - I know - I work for the company!

its not a card...i have a toysRus credit card...for every $1000 i spend, they send me $10.

looks like its an actual coupon, it says:

cashier: total transaction per normal procedure. scan coupon or key in coupon SKN#........
