Its pretty simple.
The grids have never been available in 16". Matt (very nice/trustworthy) decided it would be a good idea to contact rota and see if they would be interested in making a 16". After talking to them, they agreed to make the cast if the demand was there.
Hence, never offered before.
Now...a certain number of people have to join in on the GB to make it happen. In other words....why would rota send the wheels down the production line if no one was going to buy.
Pretty simple, should cover the bases....

Im not involved with Matt's GB. I just want the order to get filled so I can have a nice set of wheels-for cheap

Here it is guys, I've finally convinced Rota to design the mold for a 16 Inch Rota Grid.

Here's how this is going to work.

ETA: ETA on delivery, early to mid March. Which makes this 2 - 2 1/2 months away.

TIME LIMIT: The orders must be received and paid in full by 01/28/03.

I am extending the Group Buy End date another 2 weeks to allow more people to participate.

THE SCORE: We need at least 20 wheels per lug/color pattern. Which means if we want 16" 4-100 bronze, we need 20 wheels (5 sets) of 16" 4-100 Bronze.

When I have at least 3 buyers for a specific color and lug pattern, I will post the item and the Screen Names of the buyers. Remember, we need at least 5 sets minimum to order a specific size/lug pattern.

PAYMENT: To participate in this group buy, your order must be paid in full, and received before 01/28/03. If in the event that Rota can not complete our buy (very doubtful) Your order will be refunded, minus a 3% credit card charge that we incur on all orders. IM me or call for specific pricing. As far as the pics on cars... the only ones that have been available are the 15's... and all the pics I have are of people that are posing them as Volks... and ITS WORKING. So if they see their pics up, they'll be pissed since they took the trouble to get real "volk" and "te37" stickers from thailand.

anyhoo, you can see that they are an exact replica. They are also available with and without a polished lip, the word "royal" determines whether it has a polished lip.
