I have a B17A1 shortblock that I need out of my shed, it's been sitting for a while and I have lost the need for it. It may need to be refreshed (hone and rings) as I was told it smoked lightly when it was pulled. does it have head and vtec silinod? what does it come with?

 

Shortblock= no head.

It includes the block, pistons, crank, rods, oil pan... everything inside the block, plus the knock sensor and some control box that I can not recall the purpose of .
