You mention the engine is super clean but it looks like it's been sitting outside for a couple months. Also would like VIN to check on the motor's history and make sure it's not stolen. If everything pans out I can pick up.

 

He'll avoid answering the question of the VIN. I've asked him numerous times and have yet to get it.
