new oem gasket set for top end (minus head gasket and valve stem seals)
+I'm sure there are other parts I've forgotten. All you'd need to make an LsVtec is the head gasket,
the external oil lines, and most of the machine work done.

Aswell I have a chip burning kit which allows you to burn your own ecu's. Everything is included in the kit to chip your ecu, then you can chip other people's and sell it to them. Its like Hondata, except you can do it over and over again, email me if intrested, I'll sell that to the top bidder aswell.
