So my friend works at a notary and did a title search... they told me your still paying a loan off on this car.... thus with out paying off the loan you can't transfer the title.... thus..... if the loan company is looking for it right now. and you sell it to some smuck..... it will get repo'd.(no matter whos house its at with-out a title)..... care to pay-off the loan first? Im a serious buyer.
