Default Rebuilt Acura Engine

For sale: A rebuilt acura engine for a 88/89. It cost $1700.00 when purchased, I am selling it for only $600.00. It is still wrapped in plastic and strapped to the pallet. If anyone is interested, please email me at seahorsef33@yahoo.com. Thanks... These pictures are not very good, but they are the best we can do at this time.

The engine is located in Elk Grove, CA. And I don't have any receipts for it, my ex purchased it when we had our Acuras and I kept it in the divorce

I am interested in this engine. There is an engine code on the block right where the tranny bolts up. It will be on a tab. More than likely, for that year, it will be a d16a8, ZC, or b18 sum'n or other. It should be either a ZC or a 5-digit alpha-numeric combination. Please let me know ASAP./

I looked all over the engine and couldn't find the number you wanted me to look for. the only numbers/alpha was L2R3. and another set of number/alpha PL2.

The number you need should be where the block, head and tranny meet. In that general area. Wipe away whatever grunge might be there and there should be an engine code. If not, then you have phantom parts.

That is not it. All motors are stamped for ID purposes. When you find it your gonna be like, I must be blind, how did I miss that? An example of an engine code you are looking for would be like B18C1, B18A1, D16 etc. etc.
