Sorry guys but this ass--- is gone with our money and it is in the hands of
the law now. I lost $2300.00 and have finally realized that I will never see
it again. He's good at what he does and hopefully one of these days he

FYI Kartman. If you do the long form you can claim that loss as a theft. This is allowable up to 4k w/o documentation. So if you already did your taxes this yr. Oh well, you can can claim it on next yrs. I did this once on a car that was stolen from me that I valued at 3,999.00 it made a significant difference on what I got back.

 

That might work, but then again, you could be taking a risk. I almost did time cause me and 6 other buddies had the cops called on us right before we intended to kick some guys ass that we set out for. So don't get caught. I would arrange a pre-emptive paintaballing. On an un-covered body, paintballs hurt like a son of a bitch.

 

that is true, they hurt like a biatch... go to home depot or lowes and buy like 3 five gallon paint in different colors and have fun with his car. do a master piece out of his car. that would hurt more than kicking his @#$. trust me, we spray painted a dude's car that stole my system. he cry like a baby.
