I have 2 fenders i just pulled off my integra. The passenger side is not damaged at all.. just some very very minor surface rust.

i need to cut the fender in half so i really dont want to buy a good fender and hack it up

I smell JDM conversion on a budget... why not just get the actual fender? It wont cost much more than having to cut it and risking doing it wrong.
