does this include all of the HID system like ballasts and everything?

 

No sorry. These are only the projectors. The rest of the headlight will probably be used somehow or thrown out but shipping the entire headlight is pretty pricey and the boxes big enough to ship them in are hard to find.


These are great projectors and they can be retroed into MOST any headlamp!
