You know as well as I do that stock Accord wheels for the 4 cyl are a little hard to find at a decent price. Get them while you can. $250 plus shipping to your locale. Most places should run $80-$100 for shipping.

i might be a rookie, but i certainly cannot know the size of the rims off a Stock Accord EX 99' just by looking at the pics
