your more then welcome to do it your way but ..its just good information that you dont, and just quit sucking up to someone that scammed you ...grow up and do something about it cause its been long enough , besides when you finally decide to do something about it ..the police will probally wonder why you waited so long to turn him in and will most likely lessen your case and the chances of getting your money back.

+ me have home owners insurance which covers theft.

and i paid for this "swap" with the inheritance that my mother left me, when she passed away in january, so im doing everything i can to assure my dad that he shouldnt go after him.

so if he is scamming us instead of just trying to buy time to get enough money to pay us back its not going to be pretty. but i have patience and i believe eric will come through, and if not well go down that road when we get to it. im not going to get wrild up about it, but i do understand that the other poeple have the right to be as upset as they are. i've joked with all my friends that, yes, 4 engines got lost in mail.
i dont exactly know where im going with this, except for that lets just all calm down and wait for the 20th. which is when he told ME that he would have my money.

hes actually had engouh time from everybody not just me and everyone else thats been waiting since last year. i dont see why you just dont press charges and then when he see's what kind of shit he is in he might just hand it back to you ..

but it wouldnt even matter in my case though cause weather or not he hands me back my money im pressing charges.

Yo Revenge if you pops is a judge in PA, do something about it already, he promised us a refund way too long ago, and that supposedly it was sent out, thats bullshit. And I dont know how can you just sit there and wait knowing you got a pops thats a judge in PA. If my father was a judge their i would of been told him and not waste no damn time.

(Honestly) i wouldn't wait for no refund. the only refund im getting is calling paypal and getting it back myself.

LOL simple as that, or unless you paid them a different method. But honestly if you paid them through paypal; i would just call paypal and file a claim, and probally get my money back by next week.
