Well heres the update.Well since I talked to his mother he has been much more responsive.What he is claiming is he shipped the wrong package(I have to load the pics of went he sent).But he said he wants to give me my money back because hes not sure he will get the kit from the other guy he shipped it to.Supposedly.But I talk to a state attorney today and he said that if I was reimbursed my money back in a timely manner then there is nothing they can do because it could be a honest mistake.But I doubt it,because I posted this minutes before boosted smith bumped all his crap up.And I know he had to see this post because it was the top one and right under his stuff when he got done.He could have replied then and said it was an accident.But he probaly thought I would never find him.And now he has taken everything off.Very fishy.But I am in contact with the tv station and they are going to see about running a story on paypal since all of sudden the can guarentee anything except you will recieve some sort of package doesnt matter what is in.Thats screwed up.But what the attorney said was each state differs and in Fl it would be a felony and he would be tried here.But the moral of the story is we need to protect ourselves better and probaly get a land phone number and address.I should have been more careful and I was just blessed enough to find him.So if your out there boosted smith tell your side of the story.

yeah well I will get my money back even if I have to do it in person if you catch my drift.Plus it helps when you have a lwayer very close to you.And this is a felony so its not like it is a petty crime.Plus if I were him I would just the money back instead of having to come to Florida and pay court cost.But thats just me.
