WTB: D Series Cable Tranny Case or Whole ( Trans , Transmission )
Looking for a D-Series Cable Manual Transmission Case that uses the Large Differential Bearings. I'm willing to purchase full transmissions that work or have grinds instead of an empty case if the price is right. Will pick up if in North Carolina or will pay for shipping elsewhere.
The measurements for the larger Differential Bearings are as follows:
ID (Inside Diameter) = 40mm (large) [NOTE: Small ID = 35mm]
OD (Outside) = 80mm (large) [Small OD = 72mm]
If you don't know what bearings the case you have uses, look at the hole where the axles go into the tranny. You'll see a shaft at the lip of the case which the axles will fit tightly into. Measure the OD of that shaft (has 4 small cut-outs on the end of it) and you'll know the ID of the bearing.
