I have a a OBD 2 p72 gsr ecu. 100 shipped you will need a jumper harness. for it to work on a obd1 ecu though. if the price is to high let me no. not really sure on ecu's. if intrested email me at jpl0815@gmail.com

I might have one for you also... P72 OBD2 from a 98 GSR w/ ~40k (37820-P72-A04; 970-304637) $100 shipped also... email me if interested, no harness included...

does it matter if i installed a obd2 ecu with the harness
is it better to install the obd1 or obd2???

with the obd2 ecu you wouldent be able to have it chipped by certin programs. But the obd1 ecu there are more opitons then the obd2 ecu. but if you have the jumper harness it should run the obd1 motor fine with the obd2 ecu.

In fact i have a used jumper harness. that will work from obd1 to obd2 conversion. it has wires cut but thats not a problem it easy to fix. if intrestd let me no.
