FS: Complete DIY tuning hardware. Uberdata/Crome.
I have a full chip kit for an OBD1 ECU along with a Hulog datalogging interface box that runs directly from the ECU to a USB cable. This will work with both Uberdata and Crome. All you would need is a chip burner to create your own bin files and burn them to the chip. I got everything from www.moates.net, so you can price it out and it is around $50 plus shipping. Comes with all necessary software and an extra USB cable for the Hulog.
