That system shouldnt be drawing enough power from your cars electrical system to have a noticeable affect. If it does, theres something wrong with your car. Keep the system, and fix the car. Your alternator could be crapping out, among other things. Have your alt and battery checked for free at autozone. If startup is the only time you notice it, shut the head unit off before you turn off the car, or buy a 1 fared capacitor.

I have 2 rockford fosgate 12" Power subs in my car powered by a 900W rockford amp. I have no problems starting up, or holding a charge- and I usually have my system BUMPIN pretty good. Sometimes when its cold, it will take a second to start, if i didnt turn the head unit off the night before. Its an easy fix. Im sure you paid well over $550 for that system, and it would suck to loose all that cash for something that could have been fixed.
