nah, he can't build crap!, he has the civic and it's been on the side for a while. he also has a 400CI 79 trans am which eats alot of gas, so he needs a car that won't eat gas when it rains.
not into souping up the motor, i just told him it would be cheaper and easier to swap in another d16 than rebuilding it.
