are the headlights black housing?
and the type r bumper its metal too right?

Metal bumper? The bumpers on Honda's/Acura's are ABS not metal. Where are these parts located?

Yes its black housing, all type r headlights are black housing besides the SiR-G there chrome. ALL parts are located in Orange County, South Cali

ALL THESE PARTS ARE Original from Honda, NO AFTERMARKET
