I Need Some Wheeels!

I just bought a 99 civic EX ..it still has the stock hubbies

..Im look for some 16"-17" wheels..for sheeeaaap tho

h: 300-400 is my price range..throw something at meh.

I got some 99-00 Si wheels I'm selling for a friend, $400 with tires. The tires are Blizzaks since these were used as winter tires last year. so if you're someplace snowy it's perfect timing...
