I believe only the 1996 USDM and all JDM ecus are the ones you want.

Any other P13 (OBD2) will have an immobilizer, I believe.

Yeah, those are the only two ecus that I can use. I really need one badly. I am fininshing up the swap tomorrow and want to get it running. Do you know of anyone who has one for sale? I might get a obd 1 ecu and harness but I'm gonna run into problems with CA Smog.

The JDM one won't pass smog then, so basically you need like on of the rarest ecus there are.

The other's are probably, USDM P30s, OBD1 PR3, and P61s.
