FS: turbo XS manual single stage boost controller

used, comes with box and instructions. picture is not of actual item, but everything in the picture is included.
i have rounded off the sharp edges of the mounting plate and painted it with a ceramic based spraypaint so it wouldn't rust. used for 2000 miles, has a small nick on the top edge near the adjusting screw, not a big deal.
