took off from 2000 acoord 4 cylinde 4 lugs should fit 4 cy accord and civics not the RH evolution C5 it is original C5 one piece silver 18 inches 2 in good shape and 2 need repair
payed $80 to repair 2 rims when I had gracing wheels but that shop is out of business ..so i have no idea where to go in this place...but I think that you can repair this
