I have a stock GS-R cat... how much are you willing to pay, and can I legally ship it to you?
***edit: It's from a OBD I GS-R (94), and last time I had it on, it passed emissions. Unfortunately, that's the best guarantee I can give besides my name as a reliable member on this board. It's been sitting in a box for about 2 years now...

yeah thats it. does it have both flanges on it? (need that).
i was going to buy one off a guy nearby for $15 but he sold it already. would you take $20 + shipping? i dont know about all that legal stuff. i dont work for the police or the gov't tho. i just wanta get my damn civic legal. tell me what you think.
