No, its not. It is made specifically for plastic (OEM) headlights. And it is in patent pending status with the USPTO. Wiseguy!

I'm still sceptical, is it a heavily petroleum based product? I know of a couple of products, one of which I sell(Auto Guard), that remove oxidation and polish at the same time..though those are mainly for painted surfaces...

No, it doesn't. I've used it and it sucks. - That's why its $2.99 - you get what you pay for, just like 98 integras advide - trash.
