My buddy has a 99-00 oem rear lip for a 99-00 civic coupe. I doubt it will fit the hatchback and four door without modification, but hey,. what do i know?
This rear lip is in great condition, if you have an EBP civic si, it will fit perfectly because the paint already matches.
Local perfer, shipping can be arrage at buyers expense, plus 5 dollar fee for making lazy people do some work
WOuld trade for OEM civic type r rear lip, other then that make an offer and we might want your shit

there is two little damage parts located right where the exaust sticks out, its very minimal, you can see it here on the picture, one in the center on the picture, and the other on the right hand corner
the rest of the lip has in great condition
