So, I think I lost #2 today and I don't want to rebuild my a6 since I was already planning on getting a z6 next month anyway. Who's got a d16z6 or a d15b vtec engine for sale for a really decent price. I'm willing to ship as long as it's not totally killing my budget, but the closer to Maine, the better.
Other items I will need for the swap is a p28 (chipped or un, don't really car, price is the deciding factor) and a non-obd to obd-1 adapter.

I'm on a tight budget, it's frickin' Christmas and I still need to do some shopping, but I need my car in running order soon too. Iwas originally going to use my tax return to get a new engine but at 195k miles my engine wants no more.

I have a 93 s1 d16z6 with 136k on it, I am looking for 600 for the complete swap, the tranny won't be of any use to you though, cause you have a cable clutch.

I also do ecu chipping and conversion harnesses, so we could work something out with that too.

I don't need the tranny so maybe you could sell that seperate and I could get just the engine for a little cheaper? I'm strapped as can be being christmas and all. I'd be willing to drive down to pick it up, I used to drive down that area for work all the time. Let me know what we can work out. THX.

oh yeah, I think I'm set with an ecu and harness, need a 4wire o2 if there isn't one already on a z6 block
