Yes 98 last year for GSR cloth seats. still seats firm. Yes it will fit in an Ek just only 3 bolts will hook up each seat which is fine.

I know this because ITR and GSR seats bolt up exact pattern and the ITR seats were off an EK. So yea it would defintely fit onto your car.
