1. There is still no proof of chemical weapons produced there.
2. The fact that Bush did not give the weapons inspectors a chance to find the plant is not proof that the war is justified.
3. The way that Bush flouted international law and treaties makes him no better than Saddam.

2. The weapon's inspectors were there to ensure the information Iraq gave to the UN was accurate...obviously this was not in there. The weapon's inspectors were not on an "Easter egg hunt" for WMD.
