I don't think that is what Dom was wondering. It was more that Naruto had a six paths look to him. More real relation, not just master relation.

Yahiko died by Pain's (Nagato) hand. Hanzo ordered Nagato to kill Yahiko and Yahiko threw himself on Nagato's blade.
Nagato died when he revived all the people at Konoha when he destroyed them with the almighty push technique.
